At ExtraLargeWallArtz, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you wish to withdraw from the purchase, you have the right to do so under the following conditions.
1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item(s) without giving any reason. This period starts from the day you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the item(s).
2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us by sending a clear statement via Etsy messaging or by email to [Your Contact Email Address]. Include the following information in your message:
Your full name and order number
The items you wish to return
The date you received the items
Once we receive your request, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.
3. Return Conditions
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Condition of Goods: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to withhold a portion of the refund if the returned items are damaged, missing parts, or show signs of wear beyond handling.
Exceptions: Some items are exempt from the right of withdrawal, including custom or personalized products, items made to order, and any items that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons if unsealed after delivery.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).
Please note: Any original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Custom or Personalized Orders: Items that are specifically customized or personalized at your request cannot be returned or refunded.
Digital Downloads: Digital products are not eligible for returns once downloaded.
Products Damaged by Customer: If items are damaged, used, or otherwise not in resalable condition, they will not be eligible for a full refund.
